These products are the state of the art overlay coating system that is used for industrial applications as well as residential homes. WE DO NOT USE THE STANDARD 100% EPOXY SYSTEM. This is an old system that will only last for about 7 years before it will crack, peel and ware out. Our system consists of a rubber material that will move with the thaw and freeze cycle. It will also waterproof your concrete floor, keeping out moisture. It will not crack, peel or delaminate. We are so sure of it, we offer a LIFE TIME WARRANTY on our coating system. All our floors are first prepared by diamond grinding the concrete surface. This process ensures proper adhesion of the overlay coating.
The Protector Flakes system makes concrete flooring as beautiful as it is practical and cost-effective. Color Flakes, also commonly referred to as chips, flakes, flecks, or flake systems, utilize a unique product that is integrally pigmented, brilliantly colored, and random in shape and size and is available in over 150 solid color-styles. You can use custom blends with infinite possibilities to achieve optimal appearance and texture qualities with a liquid rubber flexible waterproof floor coating that is great for garages, commercial spaces, and more. The flake system is installed over the liquid rubber and bonds strongly to this properly prepared surface.
Our Polyaspartic top coating products are applied over the flake system. Made with a high solids content (as high as 100%), which means low or no volatile organics (VOCs) during application. UV stable so it will never turn yellow-and can provide UV protection to our underlying coating. Polyaspartic will resist most stains, especially from oils and solvents. Can be successfully applied at surface temperatures from -30°F to 140°F. Crystal clear and does not blush white from moisture.
